I’m Susan and if you were to ask what I do for a living, I would say stay-at-home mom/blogger who dabbles in freelance writing. This was not always the case, however. Truth be told, I have been doing the mom/blogger thing for only a few months. Up until late 2016, I was a contributing member of society as a full time employee for a corporate office in a healthcare system . While I enjoyed my job, it no longer made sense to work just to pay for daycare. So after reviewing our expenses, my husband and I decided that I would stay home. Our youngest daughter has another school year before she is eligible for kindergarten.
Blogging was supposed to be a creative outlet for me but the more I do it and the more I learn, and I can see myself doing this for the long haul. It’s definitely not without its battles. Prior to blogging, I didn’t even have a Facebook account. I know, shocking! But now I’m putting myself out there and “making friends” in the blogging community. It has really been a fun experience and I look forward to sharing it with you.
